SO UH..HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Co-Living with us is quite simple:

We have a few various unit options, singles, doubles, and quad rooms are all different, and depending on your duration of stay, your monthly pricing will vary accordingly.


Please note, some units have bathrooms attached, while others share restrooms with the floor (don't worry though, you'll never wait!)

WHAT IS THE "COMMUNITY FEE"?

The community fee is a commitment by each member and the house its self. With the fee you'll get to experience monthly events, spontaneous get-togethers', and you'll never worry about kitchen staples or coffee again. (this isn't a deposit)

Paper products and cleaning is included as well, just make sure to do your part!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER!?

All new applicants must apply on our site, and based on immediate availability, our team will connect with you to establish a brief introduction and interview.

Upon acceptance, you'll be offered a spot in the community, sent the RMA (residential membership agreement) and you'll be cleared for landing!  (pun intended)
